• Please explain your packages to me?
  The 1X, 2X, 3X , & 4X refer to the number of times our services are needed by the bride (trial / consultation, engagement portrait, bridal portrait, rehearsal dinner, wedding day, or any other time the bride may need us) The Mother of the brides makeup is always Complimentary for the wedding day with the purchase of any 3X or 4X package


• What is the difference between a Senior and a Junior Artist?
  All Senior Artists Have had over 3 years experience in the beauty industry and / or formal training at a beauty, makeup, or cosmetology school. In addition to being with The Perfect Face for more than one year. They are the most sought after makeup artists and hair stylists at the top of their field.
  
  All Junior Artists Have had less than 3 years experience in the beauty industry and / or no formal training at a beauty, makeup, or cosmetology school. In addition to being with The Perfect Face for less than one year. These artists have all studied under The Perfect Face Senior artists for at least a 3-6 month period and they are considered exceptional artists as well. Please note additional timing will be allotted for your appointment when booking a Junior Artist.


• Do you charge an additional fee to come on location?
  The Perfect Face specializes in “On Location” Makeup and hairstyling. All prices listed are on location prices. Which includes, a 25 mile radius of the Houston Galleria. Any travel past this area is $1.50 per mile per artist.


• Do you offer complimentary consultations?
  Because our artists are coming to you and giving the same service (sometimes more) as they would on the wedding day or the bridal portrait day, we DO NOT offer complimentary consultations, Our consultations are considered one of the times in a 1X, 2X, 3X or 4X package. Many of our brides use their consultation date as their bridal portrait date as well.


• What are your additional fees?
  • OVERTIME - If we are requested to stay for touch ups, during the wedding or Bridal Portrait session, a $100 per hour, per artist touch up fee will be added to the total.
  • PARKING - A $10 per artist flat parking fee will be added to the contract for all appointments held at hotels or a venue known to have a parking fee.
  • ASSISTANTS - An assistants’ fee of $50 per artist will automatically be charged for parties of 5 or more, if assistants are needed to cut down on time there will also be a $50 per artist charge added to your total.
  • HOLIDAYS - If an appointment is booked on a Calendar Holiday, 50% of the total booking for that day will be added to the contract. For Major Holidays the total contract booked will be charged double. Major Holidays include,,, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, and Thanksgiving Day.
  • EARLY MORNINGS - An Early morning fee of $50 per artist will be added for all appointments starting at 6:00 am, 6:30am, 7:00am, or 7:30 am . Any appointments starting at 5:00am or 5:30am will have a $100 early morning fee per artist added to the total.
  • TIME / DATE CHANGE - if there are any date or time changes, not due to Weather, after a contract has been signed and returned by the client, a $100 change fee will be incurred.
  • TRAVEL FEES - All prices listed are on location prices. Which includes, a 25 mile radius of the Houston Galleria. Any travel past this area is $1.50 per mile per artist.
  
  
  • How do I secure an appointment date with The Perfect Face?
    Please contact our office by phone or email to set up an appointment. One of our associates will then send you a contract to secure your dates and times. All appointments must be held with signed contract and a 50% deposit of all fees totaled. The Deposit is Non-refundable upon cancellation.
  
  
  • How do I pay for my services?
    The Perfect Face accepts all major credit cards VISA , MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER, as well as checks and money orders. Cash is only accepted when paying for last minute services on the day of the appointment.
  
  
  • Do you travel outside of the Houston area?
    Yes, we travel world wide, our artists are frequently requested to travel to other parts of Texas and out of state. Any Services needed out of state or areas such as Austin, Dallas or San Antonio Have a $650 per artist minimum of services for each day the artist is booked plus an additional Travel Fee and all travel expenses must be covered by the client.
  
  
  • What is airbrush makeup like?
    Airbrush Makeup is unlike anything you have used before. It gives as little or as much coverage as you need, yet does not look or feel as if you have anything on your skin at all. Please click here for more information on airbrush makeup.
  
  
  • Do you offer NON Airbrush makeup?
    We do offer a traditional makeup for our brides as well. However, for a traditionally applied makeup to last as long as the airbrush foundation (16-18hrs) we must use a theatrical makeup, made to withstand heat, lights, and movement. Because it is a theatrical makeup it is heavier and you may be able to feel it on your skin.
  
  
  • Does your services include False eyelashes?
    Here at the perfect face, application of false eyelashes are included with any makeup application, complimentary. Other companies charge anywhere from $20-$50 for such a service. Our artists kits are supplied with numerous different sizes and shapes. Your personal artist will help you to choose which shape best compliments your eye and face shape.
  
  
  • Do you offer hair extensions?
    We do offer hair extensions at an additional cost to our brides. At this time we can only offer extensions to clients who are having their hair done by The Perfect Face. We would need to meet with you at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding date or bridal portrait date to custom match the color. The human hair extensions are on secure clips that gently clip into your natural hair. Once in place they will not become loose and they cannot be detected. They blend seamlessly into your natural hair. Great for length and fullness.
  
  
  • Will I need to touch up my makeup frequently?
    With airbrush makeup you will little if no touchups at all, however for the comfort of our brides, All brides will receive a Complimentary gift of powder, a full size powder puff, lipstick, full size lipstick brush, designer hand mirror, and an elegant makeup bag for touch ups on the wedding day. (a $35 value)
